B. The following categories are exempted from the Institutional Quarantine program:

C. Passengers with an institutional quarantine program must be accepted to the first point of entry only (MED/RUH/JED/DMM).

D. Passengers’ travel documents must be verified per the procedures mentioned in GOPM ensuring that they are fulfilling the admissions requirements to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

E. Ensure that the non-Saudi passengers are holding valid PCR certificates with negative coronavirus results. Noting that the period of the submitted certificate must not exceed (72) hours before boarding (passengers less than 08 years old are excluded).

F. Check the passenger’s health status (immune or non-immune).

G. The immune passenger shall provide a Covid-19 vaccine certificate approved by official health authorities in the country that provided the vaccination, noting that the duration between receiving the last dose (for the second dose of a two-dose vaccine or the first dose of a single-dose vaccine) and the departure date shall not be less than 14 days.

H. The Covid-19 vaccine certificate must show one of the following vaccines:

• 2 doses of Pfizer – BioNTech.
• 2 doses of Oxford – AstraZeneca.
• 2 doses of Moderna.
• 1 dose of Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen.

I. Inform the immune passenger that the vaccine certificate must be carried at all times during their travel and stay in the kingdom. Also, inform them that failure to comply with these regulations makes them subject to legal liabilities in addition to being banned from entry to the kingdom.
